How much you earn is entirely up to you! Our Southern Blu Style Representatives have access to our complete sample set for 2 weeks at a time. Prior to receiving the samples, our representatives begin scheduling daytime and evening trunk shows with their clientele. This is a combination of setting up a boutique in your own home as well as traveling to set up in your client’s homes with their social and business contacts.
When you take an order from a customer at full retail price, you keep your commission and send the balance to Southern Blu Style.

Yes! This is one of the most exciting parts of our Career and Compensation Plan. You get paid a 5% override commission on the full retail sales of any representatives you personally recruit every month.

There are no sales requirements, quotas or minimums to meet in order to receive your commissions on your personal retail sales. This is your very own business and you can grow it at whatever pace is comfortable for you. However, your sales volume does play a role in determining when you get to select your 2 week selling period each season.
