Exchange and Refund Policy
Within ten days (10 days) of product purchase, an item may be returned for exchange or refund with accompanying original receipt proof-of purchase, provided the item is being returned in new condition. If an item is being returned in exchange for an item or greater value, the retail difference and applicable sales tax are required. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Procedures
Return the item to your independent Southern Blu Style Representative for inspection and evaluation. DO NOT send the item directly to Southern Blu Style. Include with your return the proof-of-purchase (original receipt copy or packing slip), and your reason for the return. To protect your return against loss, you may want to insure the return shipment to your Representative. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, Southern Blu Style will approve or disapprove the requested action. Please allow 10-14 days for Returns Processing.
